Connecting Pinterest Ad accounts

Overview

Please note that Pinterest creatives will only show in the dashboard for companies who have guidelines set up for Pinterest.

Connecting Pinterest Ad accounts

To connect your Pinterest account, follow the steps below:

1. • Navigate to Ad Accounts Linking in your CreativeX account.

   • Select Pinterest Ads from the available platforms.

     

2. Log in to Your Pinterest Account

   • Enter your Pinterest account credentials.

   • Grant CreativeX the necessary permissions to access your Pinterest Ads data.

      

3. Select Accounts to Connect

   • After logging in, a list of your Pinterest Ads accounts will appear.

   • Check the boxes next to the accounts you wish to connect.

     

4. Map Accounts to a Brand, Market, and Partner

   • Choose the relevant Brand, Market, and Partner to map each account:

     • Brand: If your desired brand isn’t listed, contact support@creativex.com to have it added.
     • Partner: Typically your organization or the account owner. This will also be the point of contact for CreativeX to reach out to in case any troubleshooting of the connection is needed.

   • You can map accounts individually or use the bulk mapping option if all accounts share the same Brand and Market combination.

     

   

5. Review and Confirm Mapping

   • Double-check your mappings to ensure accuracy.
   • If adjustments are needed, use the Back button to make updates.
   • Once confirmed, click Confirm to finalize the mappings.
