Reconnecting DV360 Accounts

Overview

This guide explains how to reconnect your DV360 accounts to CreativeX using two available methods: OAuth and Partner Flow. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to ensure your account is successfully reconnected and operational.

 

Method 1: Reconnect via OAuth

  1. Navigate to Ad Accounts Page:
    • Log into CreativeX and go to the Ad Accounts page.
    • Click the Activate button under the Actions column for the account you want to reconnect.

  2. Follow Authentication Instructions:
    • A pop-up with instructions will appear. Click Continue.
    • You will be redirected to the DV360 website for authentication.

  3. Grant Access:
    • Log in to DV360 and authenticate.
    • Grant CreativeX permission to access DV360 data by clicking Allow.

  4. Completion:
    • After granting access, you’ll be redirected to the CreativeX Ad Accounts page.
    • Verify that your DV360 account shows as reconnected.

Method 2: Reconnect via Partner Flow

  1. Access DV360 User Management:
    • Log in to DV360.
    • Click the User Management and Notifications Settings icon.

  2. Add New Partner:
    • Select User Management and click New User.

    • Enter the following details:
    • Click Add Partners or Advertisers, then choose the advertisers you want to reconnect. Provide Read Only access.

  3. Update Account in CreativeX:
    • Navigate to the Ad Accounts page in CreativeX.
    • Click the ID of the DV360 account to access its details.

  4. Toggle Account Status:
    • On the account details page, locate the This account is lapsed toggle.
    • Toggle the status to reconnect the account, then click Update.

  5. Confirmation:
    • Your DV360 account will now appear as reconnected.
