Reconnecting Google Ad accounts

Pre-Requisites/ Partner Access

You will need to ensure all your accounts are consolidated into a single Manager Account / MCC (more on how to do so here), and give CreativeX access to your ad account(s) - the integrations email address should be the same as the one linked previously.

Reconnecting your accounts

Reconnect by following the steps below:

• Log in to CreativeX

• Navigate to the 'Ad Accounts' page in CreativeX 

• Search for the relevant ad account and click the “Account ID” number

• Navigate to “Status”, toggle the button from lapsed to active and click update
