Reconnecting Meta accounts

Pre-Requisites

Before starting the reconnection process, you need to ensure that you have Full Control of the Business Manager in Facebook Business Manager. You can navigate to Facebook Business Manager to configure these permissions.

 

Reconnecting via OAuth

  1. Log in to CreativeX

    Enter your account credentials to access the CreativeX dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Accounts page

    Locate the 'Ad Accounts' page in the platform's main menu.

  3. Find and activate the lapsed account

    Search for the specific ad account and click the Activate button.

  4. Follow the reconnection prompts
    • A step-by-step guide will appear within the platform.

    • Log in to your Facebook account when prompted.
    • Review and select the business managers you want CreativeX to access. 

      CreativeX will only collect data from the managers you approve.

 

Reconnecting via Partner Flow

❗Make sure that you first add CreativeX as a partner in your Facebook Business Manager:

  • Business Manager ID: 251399878599777
  • Grant "Insights" or “View Performance” access only.

Then follow these steps to reconnect your Meta account using the Partner Flow method:

  1. Log in to CreativeX

    Use your credentials to access your CreativeX account.

  2. Navigate to the Ad Accounts page

    In the CreativeX interface, locate and open the 'Ad Accounts' page.

  3. Find and activate the lapsed account

    Search for the specific ad account and click the Activate button
