What security measures can admin users customize for their organizations?
To secure your organization’s data, users have the ability to customize three key security features for their organization: password complexity, password length, and idle-timeout. All of these features are optional, not required.
What customization is possible for password complexity?
Your organization can configure if the password requires at least one symbol, at least one number, or at least one letter. Your organization can set up one, two, all three, or none of these rules in any combination.
What customization is possible for password length?
Your organization’s default password length is 8 characters. You can customize what length your organization’s users are required to have for their passwords.
What customization is possible for idle-timeout?
A user session timeout will log a user out of their account after a certain period of time, forcing them to log-into their accounts after this period. This helps enforce security measures based on your security protocols. You can customize the amount of time (in minutes) that this triggers. Keep in mind that when the users are logged out after this period of time, they will have to login once again with CreativeX by going through the Multi Factor Authentication process.
