Use CreativeX’s Exports feature to download data associated with your image and video content, including whether each creative adhered to best practices and brand cues, formatting information, related platform details, and associated performance data.
To download your data:
- Find Reporting in the side menu and click to expand the options.
- Next, select “Exports”.
- Set the date range that you want the data to be generated for.
- To customise your export further, make selections using the filters for fields like brand, market or channel.
- To finalise the export, select the “Configure Export” button.
- Choose from a variety of data fields to complete the export; each is explained below.
Exports will always include the following columns: CreativeX Asset ID, CreativeX Post ID, Status, Name, Brand, Market, Channel, Company, Asset Type, Total Spend (USD), Date Captured, Creative Link, Post Link, and Ad ID.
Required Fields
- Report Name
- Export Type
- Post Level Export: base report.
- Placement Level Export: a more granular report including details such as the publisher, platform, and placement columns (currently only applicable to Meta).
Optional Fields - Select any additional data that you’d like to include within your export.

- Creative Guidelines: Creative Quality Score, Creative Quality Tier, and adherence to each guideline.
- Creative Format: Aspect Ratio, Dimensions Width, Height, and Video Length.
- Brand Cues: Usage of each brand cue
- (Only applicable if your organization uses Brand Consistency)
- Ad Details: CTA
- Platform Details: Ad Account Name, Ad Account ID, Campaign Name, Campaign ID, and Campaign Objective.
- Platform Metrics: clicks, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, video views, estimated ad recall rate etc.
- Pre-Flight: Submission Name
- Click the “Generate CSV” button.
- CSV’s with more than 15,000 rows will take some time to process, and we’ll email you when your download is ready.
- All reports will be saved for 7 days. Click on the download button next to the report to download it again.
Note: When exporting a .csv, Ad IDS and long numbers might appear as X.XXXXXE+11.
To get the full number, please follow the instructions below:
1. Generate Export from CreativeX
2. Open file (.csv) in Excel
3. Save as - change the file format from a .csv to a .xlsx
4. Highlight Ad ID column - click 'General' and change the format to 'Number' - the text will be converted to a full number..
