CreativeX does not have a maximum file size for uploading image, video, or gif content for pre-flight evaluation.
If you are having trouble uploading your content, the issue is likely to be that of internet connectivity. If you have access to a slower connection, we recommend uploading a lower resolution version of your content or waiting until you have access to a faster internet connection to upload your image, video, or gif.
If you are still unable to successfully upload your assets into CreativeX, please email support@creativex.com with the file and the following information so that we may upload them on your behalf:
- Name of your Pre-Flight Submission
- Brand
- Market
- Channel
- Placement (if applicable)
