If your brands are linked at the Campaign ID level, then whenever new Campaigns are created for your ads you will need to follow the below steps for every campaign created.
If your brands are linked at the Advertiser ID level then you will not need to do this to pull in new campaigns unless you are linking a brand new Advertiser ID for the brand and market.
To connect your DV360 account, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to CreativeX, then look for Connections on the side menu.
- Expand it, and then click on Link New Account.
- Select the "Display and Video 360” option.
- Next, you will be prompted to click on the “Sign in with Google” button to log-into your DV360 account.
- Enter in your credentials and select “Allow” to confirm the information you will be granting CreativeX via the DV360 authorization. After selecting “Allow” you will be redirected back to CreativeX to continue the account connection process.
- Please select the correct “Partner ID” that you will be connecting to CreativeX and select “Continue”.
- Based on how your organization maps your brand and markets for internal use, toggle between the “Advertiser ID” or “Campaign ID” view.
- Select a Brand and a Market for each Advertiser and/or Campaign ID respectively.
- You can connect multiple ID's at once for a streamlined experience.
- Please ensure each ID has a brand and a market selected before selecting "Continue" and moving onto the next step.
- Select a Brand and a Market for each Advertiser and/or Campaign ID respectively.
- Lastly, please select a “Company Owner”. The "Company Owner" refers to the agency or company that manages the account.
- Please email support@creativex.com if you don't see your company on the list.
- After clicking the "Confirm" button in the bottom right-hand corner, a final confirmation screen presenting the account you have just linked will appear. If the information looks correct, select "Looks Good!" and you will have completed connecting your DV360 account.
If your brands are linked at the Campaign ID level, then whenever new Campaigns are created for your ads you will need to follow the above steps for every campaign created.
If your brands are linked at the Advertiser ID level then you will not need to do this to pull in new campaigns unless you are linking a brand new Advertiser ID for the brand and market.
