How quickly does it take for Pre-flights to be evaluated?

We guarantee that results of any content that you submit for Pre-flight evaluation will be available in 24 hours or less, regardless of how many creatives you submit (whether 1 or 100). However, our average return time for submitted content is 12 hours. 

You'll be notified of the results of your Pre-flight in two ways: 

1. You'll receive an email with the results of each creative you submitted. This will be attached as a PDF. 
2. The score for your submitted creatives will automatically update in the Pre-Flight section of your dashboard when the results are in.
