If you utilize Facebook's Dynamic Placements for ad delivery then CreativeX will need to be granted "View Page Performance" access to the Brand Pages associated with your ad accounts.
This is necessary because, for certain video content, the link between Facebook and CreativeX requires that we have been assigned to any Brand Pages that are associated with the video in order to fetch the video source. Without the video source from Facebook, CreativeX is unable to download the video and run it against the various rules in place on the system.
Note: Not all ad accounts will require a Page as not all video content is associated with a Page.
You must be at least an Admin user of the Business that owns the Facebook Page that you are trying to assign to CreativeX.
To see a list of all Facebook Brand Pages associated with your Facebook ad accounts, please refer to this FAQ.
