Before you connect your Amazon DSP account to CreativeX, you need to confirm that you have the correct level of access. Without the right permissions, the connection will fail and CreativeX will not be able to collect your data.

Why permissions matter
CreativeX requires Admin-level access to your Amazon DSP account. This level of access allows CreativeX to securely read your campaign, creative, and performance data.
If your role does not meet this requirement, the connection process will not succeed.
How to check your permissions in Amazon DSP
Follow these steps to confirm your access level:
Step 1: Log in to Amazon DSP
Sign in to your Amazon DSP account using your credentials
Step 2: Open the Administration menu
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the interface
Select the Administration icon
Step 3: Go to account access settings
Within the Administration menu, select Account access and settings
Step 4: Find your user profile
Locate your name or email address in the list of users
Step 5: Check your role
Review the role assigned to your profile
If you see Admin, you have the correct permissions
If you see a different role, you will need additional access

What to do if you do not have the right permissions
If your role is not Admin:
Contact the owner or administrator of your Amazon DSP account
Ask them to update your access to Admin level
Only users with admin permissions can connect the account to CreativeX.

Troubleshooting
I cannot find the Administration menu
Make sure you are logged into the correct Amazon DSP account. Some users may have limited access and may not see admin controls.
My role is not Admin
You will need to request access from an account owner or administrator. Only they can update your permissions.
I see multiple accounts and I am unsure which one to check
Review each account and confirm your role for the one you plan to connect to CreativeX.
I have Admin access but still cannot connect the account
Log out and sign back in, then try again. If the issue continues, confirm that your CreativeX user also has the correct permissions.
