This guide shows how to confirm your access level in DV360 so CreativeX can connect and collect your data without issues.
Before you check
Before you review your permissions, confirm that:
You can log in to the correct DV360 account
You have access to the relevant Partner or Advertiser
You know which account you want to connect to CreativeX
DV360 permissions often vary by partner or advertiser, so access may differ across accounts.
How to check your permissions in DV360
Follow these steps to confirm your role:
Step 1: Log in to DV360
Go to displayvideo.google.com and log in with your credentials
Step 2: Open User Management
In the top-right corner, select:
User management and email preferences → User management
Step 3: Review users and roles
You will see a list of users along with their assigned roles across partners and advertisers
Step 4: Confirm your role
Find your name and check the role listed next to it
If you see Admin, you have the correct access
If you see a lower level, you will need an Admin to update your permissions
Troubleshooting
I cannot find the User Management section
Make sure you select “User management and email preferences” from the top-right menu, then choose User management.
My role is not Admin
Only an Admin user can update your permissions. Contact someone in your organization with Admin access.
I have Admin access but still cannot connect
Check that you have access to the correct partner or advertiser. Permissions may differ across accounts.
I see multiple roles across accounts
DV360 assigns roles per partner or advertiser. Make sure you check the role tied to the account you want to connect.
I cannot see the account I need
You may not have access to that partner or advertiser. Ask an Admin to grant access.
