Once you’ve connected a third-party measurement partner in CreativeX, you can automate which assets are sent for scoring based on criteria you define. This enables always-on enrichment of your creative assets without any manual handoffs or uploads.
Step-by-Step: How to set up automatic scoring
Go to the Datalink Scoring page
- In the Connections tab, select Datalink.
Find your connected partner. If the connection is approved, you’ll see an 'Active' green status label, and the partner will have the option to configure automatic scoring.
Click “Add New Criteria”
This allows you to define what types of assets should be automatically sent to the partner for scoring.
Define eligibility criteria - You can set guidelines based on the following fields:
- Brands - Select all or specific brands to include.
- Markets - Choose one or multiple markets (e.g., US, Brazil, UK).
- Channels - Define which platforms this applies to (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Amazon).
- Asset types - Choose Image, Video, or both.
- Campaign status - Select whether you want to include:
- Pre-Flight ads: Uploaded before launch, often used to inform go/no-go creative decisions.
- In-Flight ads: Already live ads, often used to test correlation between creative and media performance.
💡 You’ll need to repeat this process once per channel. This ensures fine-grained control across different platforms and to set up criteria at the placement level for channels that have it. |
Save your criteria
- Once saved, the rule will activate. All future assets that meet the criteria will automatically be sent to the partner for scoring—no further action required.
Manage or update guidelines anytime
- You can edit, duplicate, or delete existing guidelines directly from the same page to keep your scoring automation aligned with campaign priorities.
