How can I gauge the status of my account data coverage?

When you monitor global campaign health, you require immediate visibility into your active data flow. The Data Coverage dashboard provides a centralized overview of your connected platforms so you can pinpoint gaps across brands and markets. Let's explore how to review this workspace and resolve active connection roadblocks.

Step 1: Review the Core Metrics

The dashboard displays the total media spend evaluated across all connected platforms alongside your total active account count. Use these primary metrics to spot potential data gaps. If your total spend appears lower than expected, you likely lack the required account connections or possess lapsed integrations.

Step 2: Monitor Required Actions

The system alerts you to specific integration issues from the past 30 days. Review these two primary alert categories to maintain a healthy data flow:

Alert TypeDefinitionRequired Action
Needs ReconnectingThe platform lost access to an ad account and data no longer flows into your system.Reconnect the specific ad account immediately.
Missing Brand PagesThe system cannot extract video content because the associated brand page remains unlinked.Connect the required Facebook brand pages to the platform.

Step 3: Filter and Extract Insights

You can refine the dynamic table view through the Filters, Properties, and Metrics dropdown menus. The table updates instantly based on your selections. To share these insights with your team, select the export option to download a custom CSV file based on your exact active filters.

Critical Note: If you adjust the Date range, the platform will completely reload the page and reset all active filters. Always establish your exact Date parameters before you apply other dropdown options.

Step 4: Resolve Active Alerts

To fix an active alert, click any blue, hyperlinked Account or Page field within the Data Coverage table. The system will transport you directly to the workspace of the specific Ad Account Manager or Brand Page Manager. The platform automatically applies the necessary filters so you can quickly execute the exact required fix.

Troubleshooting

Did you encounter a roadblock with your data coverage?

  • Absent Video Data: If your active account lacks video metrics, ensure you linked the exact Facebook Brand Page. The system cannot extract video content without this specific page connection.
  • Reset Filters: If your custom table view suddenly vanishes, you likely adjusted the Date range last. Remember to set your exact Date parameters first, as this action triggers a hard page reload and erases your dropdown selections.
