When you want to evaluate how global templates perform across local markets, you need the proper tools. The Creative Lifecycle application provides these exact insights, but the system restricts access based on your specific role. Step 1: Verify Admin Access
If you possess an Admin role, the system grants you immediate access to the feature once your organization enables it. If you cannot locate the tool on your dashboard, your organization likely lacks the initial activation. Please contact your Account Team for assistance to activate the product.
Step 2: Request Standard Access
If you hold a Standard, Connecting, or Limited account, you must actively request access to the tool. You can contact an Admin within your organization or email support@creativex.com to initiate the request. You must provide a valid business reason to use this feature. Please secure written confirmation from an Admin user beforehand; otherwise, the system will delay your dashboard access.
Step 3: Review Data Restrictions
When you unlock the tool, your current data parameters remain intact. The system applies any exact restrictions placed on your primary account directly to the Creative Lifecycle environment. If an Admin restricts your profile to a specific brand, channel, partner, or market, you will only view data for those specific segments within the new application.
Step 4: Invite Team Members
You can distribute access to other colleagues, but strict rules apply based on your own permission level:
