How can I get access to the Creative Lifecycle product?

If you're an Admin user and Creative Lifecycle has been enabled for your organization then you should be able to access the feature immediately. If it doesn't appear it's likely that it hasn't been turned on. Please reach out to your Account Teams for assistance. 

If your account is Standard, Connecting or Limited you must request access to this feature by contacting an Admin, or CreativeX Support via support@creativex.com.

The restrictions applying to your CreativeX account will also apply for Creative Lifecycle; meaning that any restrictions on partner, brand, channel, partner or market, will apply to Creative Lifecycle. 

Limited, Connecting & Standard users can only invite others to use Creative Lifecycle if they have access to the tool themselves.

 

Note: You must have sufficient cause to access this feature. Please provide confirmation from an Admin user otherwise this may delay your access to the dashboard.
