Creative Lifecycle Reporting

Overview

Creative Lifecycle Reporting provides comprehensive insights into the utilization and efficiency of your core assets. Our system analyzes core assets uploaded and tracks their usage in ongoing and historical campaigns, including exact matches and adaptations (e.g., translations, aspect ratio changes, etc.). This feature allows you to generate front-end reports to identify inefficiencies in real-time, aiding in the optimization of both current and future campaigns. This will help you consolidating learnings and enhancing your learning agenda, so that you may outreach to teams that are under-utilizing core assets. 

 

Reporting Metrics

  • Activated Impressions - Total impressions behind all activations of a core asset
  • Activated Media Spend - Total media spend behind all activations of a core asset
  • Activation Rate - Percentage of core assets that have been activated.
  • Ad Formats Activated - Total number of ad formats where core assets were activated
  • Average Score -Evaluates if activations meet Creative Quality standards by tracking the average score of all adaptations.
  • Channels Activated - Total number of channels where core assets were activated
  • Core Assets Activated - Total number of core assets that have been published by at least one market, with a minimum of $1 media spend.
  • Core Assets Not Activated - Total number of core assets not published.
  • Core Assets Uploaded - Total number of core assets that have been uploaded.
  • Markets Activated - Total number of markets where core assets were activated
  • Placements Activated - Total number of placements where core assets were activated
  • Repurposed Rate - Tracks how often a core asset is repurposed and adapted creatively.
  • Reusage Rate -Measures media frequency by tracking the number of posts associated with an activated core asset.

Custom Reporting

Custom reports can be generated using the Reporting tool. By selecting relevant segments and metrics, you can obtain a detailed overview of your creative lifecycle, leveraging a myriad of data points.

A newly saved report is also now available for Creative Lifecycle, providing you with a comprehensive tool to monitor and analyze the reach of your campaigns effectively.

Exporting Creative Lifecycle data

You can export your Creative Lifecycle data in two ways, depending on your needs, from the Reporting section of your dashboard:

1. From the New Report Page

  • Navigate to the New Report tab, then select Creative Lifecycle Report.
  • Click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the page, then Export CSV
  • Your data will be downloaded in CSV format.

2. From the Exports Page

  • Go to the Exports page.
  • Select the CL (Creative Lifecycle) checkbox to include Creative Lifecycle data.
  • This will combine the data with In-Flight data, enabling you to map creative to media.

📌 Note: Selecting the CL checkbox may result in duplicate rows, as one In-Flight post can match multiple Core Assets. You may need to de-duplicate the data as needed.
