The CreativeX Pre-Flight tool allows you to upload the majority of image, video, and gif files directly so that you can evaluate your content prior to posting it live to your audiences.
Please note that based on our platform partners' recommendations that videos that are less than 3 minutes long typically perform better, we have now instated this length as a cut off for videos.
Supported Files
A selection of the most common file types that are supported include:
- MP4
- JPEG
- MOV
- GIF*
- PNG
- AVI
- WMV
- Quicktime
*GIFs are recognised as Images, so only Image based rules will apply to them.
Unsupported Files
Currently, the file types that CreativeX does not support include:
- TIF
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PSD
- HTLM5
- ZIP folders
