Your Pre-Flight results are emailed directly to your account as soon as a submission has been completed. You'll receive an email along with with a PDF scorecard that will highlight the results of your evaluated creatives.
Remember! Results will appear within 24 hours of your submission to CreativeX.
If you don't receive the email, or if you need to download another version of the scorecard, you can also get the results directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to access and download your scorecards:
- Log in to CreativeX
- Select Pre-Flight from the side menu and then click "View Submissions"
- Search for your submission using the box in the top corner and select it from the table.
- On the right side, select the download icon.
You can only download a scorecard for submissions that are marked as Completed. If available, the scorecard will download to your computer within just a few seconds.
Don't forget! If you're looking to share the results, you can also send a link to another user within your network using the link within the submission itself as well. See below:
Note: If you submit an error report to our team and a score is overturned, you can return to the dashboard described exactly as above and download an updated scorecard to replace the old one.
