When you submit assets for evaluation, you need quick access to the final scorecard to keep your campaign on schedule. The platform delivers these insights directly to you, and it stores them securely on your dashboard for easy retrieval. Let's review how to locate your scorecards and distribute them to your team.
Step 1: Check Your Inbox
The system dispatches your results automatically. Once the platform completes an evaluation, you will receive an email that contains a PDF scorecard. We guarantee these results will arrive within 24 hours of your initial request.
Step 2: Access the Dashboard
If you miss the email or need a fresh copy of the document, you can retrieve the scorecard directly from the platform. Log in to your account, navigate to the Pre-Flight section in your side menu, and select View Submissions.
Step 3: Locate the File
Use the search box in the top corner to find your specific batch. Once you locate the correct row in the table, select it to open the details.
Step 4: Extract the Data
Once you open the specific record, you have two distinct methods to extract and distribute the final results to your colleagues:

Troubleshooting
Did you encounter a roadblock with your scorecards?
- Absent Emails: If 24 hours pass and you lack an email, check your spam folder. You can always retrieve the results from the dashboard if the email fails to arrive.
- Overturned Scores: If you dispute a result and our team overturns the decision, you must download a fresh scorecard. Navigate back to the specific record on your dashboard to download the updated PDF.
