Can I set a default / preferred view for my dashboard?

When you log into your account each day, you likely want to review the exact brands, markets, and channels you manage without repetitive manual work. You can customize your dashboard to prioritize the most relevant information automatically. Let's explore how to configure your default view to save time and streamline your daily workflow.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile

First, access the CreativeX Main App Dashboard. Go to the Settings menu in your sidebar and select My Profile, then click the General tab.


Step 2: Choose Your Preferences

Under the 'Set your Default View' section, select as many brands, markets, and channels as you need. Once you finalize your choices, click the 'Update User' button to save the configuration.


Step 3: Navigate Your Custom View

Your dashboard will now automatically load these specific parameters whenever you visit the Creatives and Creative Quality pages. This acts as a helpful shortcut to your most vital data!

Do you need to review other data temporarily? You can still adjust your perspective at any time with the platform filters. If you apply different filters and want to return to your normal setup, just click the restore button to snap back to your default view.


Troubleshooting

Did your view fail to update properly?

  • Empty Dashboard: If your customized view appears blank, ensure that your chosen channels or markets actually have active content. You might need to expand your parameters.
  • Locked Permissions: If you cannot select certain brands or channels from the drop-down menu, your account might have restricted access. Review our guide on the different user access and permission levels for more details on these limitations.
