When you invite a new teammate to the platform, you must assign them a specific role. To ensure platform security and provide the exact tools your colleagues need, your organizational lead establishes four distinct access tiers. Step 1: Review the Core Permission Levels
Every user account receives one of four specific designations. Review the table below to understand exactly what actions each role can perform:

Step 2: Understand User Invitation Rules
If you have Limited, Connecting, or Standard access, you can still invite other people to the platform. However, you can only grant access up to your own current tier. For example, a Limited user can only grant Limited access to a new teammate, while a Standard user can assign Standard, Connecting, or Limited roles.
Additionally, while non-Admin users can invite external colleagues, they will only see users they personally invited or users who share their exact partner agency assignment. If you need to upgrade a teammate, an Admin must change their permission level for you.
Step 3: Customize Data Visibility
Beyond the core account type, you can further restrict what your teammates can see. You have the ability to limit a user's view to data from specific channels and platforms. This ensures that users only access the brands, markets, and partners relevant to their specific daily tasks.

Did you encounter an access restriction?
- Locked Features: If you cannot access specific sections of the dashboard, such as Custom Filters or Guideline Weights, your account likely lacks Admin privileges. Contact your organizational lead to request an upgrade.
- Hidden Teammates: If you search for a colleague but they do not appear in your directory, your current role restricts your visibility. You can only see users associated with your specific partner agency unless you hold an Admin role.
