When a teammate transitions to a new department or spots a typo in their profile, they rely on you to correct their account. You can easily update personal details or elevate access tiers directly from the dashboard. Let's review the steps to adjust user profiles and ensure your team has the exact permissions they need.
Step 1: Navigate to the User Directory
First, access the user directory. Go to the Company section in your sidebar menu and select Users.
Step 2: Locate the Profile
Use the search bar to locate the specific teammate. Type their first name, last name, or email address into the text prompt. Once they appear in the list, click their name to open their profile controls.
Step 3: Edit Details and Permissions
Inside the profile menu, you can modify several fields to reflect their current status.

| Email, First Name, Last Name | Standard contact information. |
| Partner | The specific organization or media agency. |
| Job Function and Role | The internal title of the user. |
| Market Association | Where the user resides. This selection does not restrict their data visibility. |

Step 4: Save the Updates
After you execute the necessary adjustments, click the save button to finalize the new profile. The modifications will take effect immediately.
Troubleshooting
Did you encounter a roadblock with the profile update?
- Locked Profiles: If you cannot click a user's name to edit their details, you likely lack Admin privileges. Only an Admin can amend these fields. If you hold a restricted role, please reach out to your organizational lead or email our team to request an adjustment.
- Absent Users: If you cannot find the teammate in the directory, your current role might restrict your visibility. Standard users can only see colleagues associated with their specific agency partner.
