When you analyze campaign performance, you often need to isolate specific visuals that feature a particular promotional hashtag or product mention. The dashboard provides a precise filter to locate these exact assets based on their published text. Let's explore how to execute a keyword search across your live media.
Step 1: Understand the Constraints
Before you execute a search, note the platform limitations. The system strictly applies this filter to In-Flight data. Because Pre-Flight evaluations strictly analyze the visual file prior to publication, they do not contain text attributes. Therefore, you cannot search for unlaunched assets via keywords.
Step 2: Navigate and Filter
To initiate your search, navigate to the Creatives section from the main side menu. This workspace contains your entire visual library. Follow these precise steps to isolate your desired assets:
- Click the filter icon at the top of the workspace.
- Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown menu and select "Keyword Search".
- Type your exact hashtag, product name, or phrase into the adjacent text box.
- Click the "Add" button to execute the query.
Step 3: Review the Results
Once you click add, the page will automatically refresh. The dashboard will display all visual assets that include your exact keyword within their live published text.
Troubleshooting
Did you encounter a roadblock with your keyword search?
- Zero Results on Pre-Flight: If you attempt to search for a Pre-Flight asset, the system will return zero results. The platform only scans live In-Flight text.
- Exact Match Requirements: Ensure you type the word accurately. A typo in your search query will cause the search to fail and return an empty dashboard.
