Check Which Facebook Brand Pages Need to Be Assigned to CreativeX

You connect your Facebook ad accounts, everything looks complete, and then something still feels off. Video content does not appear, or reporting looks incomplete. In most cases, the missing piece is unassigned Facebook Brand Pages.

This article shows you where to check which Pages are already linked to CreativeX and which ones still need action, so your team can close any gaps in data coverage.

Why this matters

CreativeX relies on Facebook Brand Pages to access certain types of creative, especially video. If a Page is not linked, CreativeX may not be able to pull in all content tied to your ad accounts.

That means:

  • Some creatives may not appear in your dashboard

  • Creative Quality Scores may be incomplete

  • Reporting may not reflect full campaign activity

A quick check helps prevent these gaps before they impact your analysis.

Where to check your Facebook Brand Pages

There are two main places in CreativeX where you can review Page coverage:

1. Data Coverage overview

The Data Coverage page gives you a high-level view of your connection health.

  • At the top of the page, you will see a notification if any Pages are missing

  • This alert helps you or your team take action quickly

  • It highlights gaps that could affect creative visibility and reporting

This view works best when you want a quick answer to:
“Are we fully connected, or are we missing something?”

2. Brand Page manager

The Brand Page manager gives you a more detailed breakdown.

Here, you can see:

  • Page IDs

  • Brand Page names

  • Number of associated ad accounts

  • Date each Page was linked

Next to this, you will also see your Ad Accounts section, which shows:

  • Each ad account

  • Its connection status

  • How many Brand Pages are linked to it

If you want more detail, click on an Account ID to:

  • See which Pages are linked to that account

  • Identify which Pages are still missing

  • Take action to link additional Pages

How to interpret what you see

Once you open these views, look for patterns:

  • Pages fully assigned: All required Pages are linked → no action needed

  • Pages missing: Some Pages are not linked → action required

  • No Pages linked: Likely a setup gap → review immediately

If a Page appears as missing, CreativeX cannot access all associated creative for that account.

What to do if Pages are missing

If you identify missing Pages:

  • Link them using the Facebook Pages connection flow

  • Confirm you selected the correct Business Manager

  • Make sure you have the required permissions

You can follow the setup steps in the guide for linking Facebook Pages here.

Troubleshooting

I do not see any missing Pages, but content is still missing
Check that your ad accounts are connected and that you selected the correct Business Manager during Page linking.

I see missing Pages but cannot link them
You may not have the required permissions. Make sure you have Full Control in Facebook Business Manager.

I cannot find the Brand Page manager
Navigate to Connections, then select either Data Coverage or Brand Pages from the menu.

I am not sure which Page belongs to which account
Click into the Account ID to view the detailed relationship between ad accounts and Brand Pages.

My team says everything is connected, but reporting still looks incomplete
Review both Data Coverage and Brand Page manager together. A single missing Page can affect reporting for multiple campaigns.
