Assign Facebook Brand Pages to CreativeX via Partner Flow

When Meta uses Dynamic Placements, some creative - especially video - links back to a Facebook Page. If CreativeX cannot access that Page, it cannot pull in or analyze that content.

This guide explains how to assign Facebook Brand Pages to CreativeX through Meta Business Manager using the Partner Flow method.


Before you begin

Before you start, confirm that you have the correct permissions:

  • You must have Full Control of the Meta Business Manager that owns the Page

  • If you do not have this access, ask someone in your organization who does

Without this level of access, Meta will block the partner assignment.


Step 1: Open Meta Business Manager

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager

  2. Open Business Settings

  3. Navigate to Users → Partners

Step 2: Add CreativeX as a partner (if not already added)

If CreativeX does not appear as a partner:

  1. Click Add

  2. Select Give a partner access to your assets

  3. Enter the CreativeX Business Manager ID:
    251399878599777

This step establishes the connection between your business and CreativeX.


Step 3: Assign Brand Pages

Once CreativeX appears as a partner:

  1. Select Pages from the list of assets

  2. Choose the Facebook Brand Page you want to assign

  3. Grant Insights (or View Performance) access

This permission allows CreativeX to read Page-level data without making any changes.


Step 4: Confirm access

After you assign the Page:

  • Save your changes

  • Confirm that CreativeX appears as a partner with access to the Page

At this point, CreativeX can access the Page and pull in associated creative data.


What to expect after assignment

After you assign Brand Pages:

  • CreativeX can collect video content linked to those Pages

  • Reporting becomes more complete

  • Creative Quality analysis includes Page-based assets

If Pages remain unassigned, gaps in data may still appear.


Troubleshooting

I assigned ad accounts, but content is still missing
Check whether the associated Brand Pages have been assigned. Missing Page access often causes gaps in video data.

I cannot add CreativeX as a partner
You may not have Full Control in Meta Business Manager. Ask an admin in your organization to complete this step.

CreativeX appears as a partner, but data is still incomplete
Confirm that the correct Pages were selected and that Insights access was granted.

I do not see the Page I need to assign
Make sure you are in the correct Business Manager. Pages only appear under the Business that owns them.

I am not sure which Pages to assign
Review your account setup in the Data Coverage or Brand Pages section in CreativeX to identify missing Pages.
