Connecting your Adform account to CreativeX allows your team to track creative performance, monitor quality, and understand how assets perform across markets and campaigns.
This guide walks you through how to connect your Adform account so CreativeX can begin collecting and analyzing your data.
Before you begin
Before you start, confirm that you have the correct access and information. Most connection issues occur at this stage.
You must have admin-level access to your Adform Manager
You must know how your accounts map to Brand, Market, and Partner in CreativeX
If you are unsure about brand or partner mappings, contact your internal team or reach out to support before you begin.
Connect your Adform account
Follow these steps to link your account:
Step 1: Log in to CreativeX
Go to CreativeX and access your dashboard
Step 2: Open Connections
From the left-hand menu, select Connections, then choose Link New Account
Step 3: Select Adform
Choose Adform from the list of available platforms
Step 4: Log in to Adform
You will be redirected to Adform’s login page
Enter your Adform credentials
Grant CreativeX the requested permissions
These permissions follow standard Adform access requirements and align with your organization’s data-sharing agreement
Step 5: Select accounts to connect
After login, you will see a list of available Adform advertiser accounts
Select the accounts you want to connect

Make sure you choose all relevant accounts to avoid gaps in reporting
Step 6: Map your accounts
For each selected account:
Assign the correct Brand
Assign the correct Market

Assign the correct Partner
If any option is missing, contact support@creativex.com so the team can add it
Step 7: Review and confirm
Double-check your selections, then click Confirm to complete the connection
Once complete, CreativeX will begin collecting data from your Adform account.
What to expect after connection
After a successful connection:
CreativeX begins data collection from Adform
Your reports start to reflect campaign activity
The account appears in your Ad Accounts view
Depending on platform processing times, data may take a short period to appear.
Troubleshooting
I cannot log in to Adform during setup
Check that you have admin-level access and that you are using the correct credentials.
I do not see all my Adform accounts
Confirm that your Adform user has access to those advertiser accounts. Missing access will prevent them from appearing.
I am unsure how to map Brand, Market, or Partner
Check with your internal team first. If options are missing, contact support to add them.
The connection completes but data is missing
Make sure you selected all relevant advertiser accounts during setup. Unselected accounts will not send data to CreativeX.
I selected the wrong accounts or mappings
Reconnect the account and update the selections, or contact support for help correcting the setup.
