Troubleshooting
I cannot connect my Twitter account
Check that you have Admin (Account Administrator) access. Without this role, Twitter will block the connection.
The login step fails
Make sure you are signed into the correct Twitter account that has access to the ad account.
I do not see all ad accounts or handles
Your Twitter user may not have access to those accounts. Review permissions in Twitter Ads Manager.
I am unsure how to map Brand, Market, or Company Owner
Check with your internal team first. If options are missing, contact support to add them.
The connection completes but data is missing
Confirm that you selected all relevant handles during setup. Unselected accounts will not send data to CreativeX.
I selected the wrong accounts or mappings
Reconnect the account and update your selections, or contact support for help correcting the setup.
