When your leadership team requests a high-level summary of your global CreativeX rollout, they often ask for the total active markets, the overall media spend, and the exact count of active users. Instead of manual data collection, you can pull all these macro-level metrics directly from the Company Overview page. Let's explore how to access this data.
Step 1: Access the Company Overview
To view your organization's statistics, navigate to the Settings menu in your dashboard sidebar and select Company Overview.
Step 2: Review Global Metrics
This page provides a complete summary of your organization's health and platform adoption. You will see the following key metrics:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Markets | Number of onboarded markets. |
| Brands | Number of onboarded brands. |
| Companies | Number of onboarded partner agencies or organizations. |
| Users | Number of active users. |
| Spend | Total analyzed media spend for all time. |
| Channels | Number of active platforms with connected data. |
| Ad Accounts | Total active ad accounts. This count includes accounts that need reconnection. |
Step 3: Analyze Trends and Partner Data
The Overview page offers high-level Adoption Trends to track platform usage by market or brand. If you want a more in-depth breakdown of performance over time, visit the Trends section under Creative Quality to view month-by-month changes in your scores and guideline pass rates. You can learn more about these metrics in our guide on what each KPI means in the Creative Quality dashboard.
To see the distribution of active users by agency, visit the Partners section. You can also view the Partner Type section to track the activation status of different company types.
Step 4: Calculate Key Adoption Rates
You can use the data on this page to determine your exact adoption rates:
- User Adoption Rate: Divide the current number of users (found in the summary section) by the total number of users you intend to onboard, then multiply by 100.
- Share of Spend: Divide the total connected spend by your total media budget. Ensure both filters match the same time period for fair comparisons. For example, if you have a $20m media budget and $12m appears as connected spend, your share of spend equals 60%.
Troubleshooting
Do your metrics look incorrect?
- Zero Connected Accounts: If a market shows a value of '0' when you sort the Ad Accounts column A-Z, that market has no connected accounts. You must link these accounts to see data.
- Lost Media Spend: Lapsed account connections will cause your total tracked spend to drop. Learn how to gauge the status of your account data coverage to ensure all accounts remain active.
