What is Multi-Factor Authentication?

Protect your campaign data with an extra layer of security. To ensure only approved teammates view sensitive metrics, CreativeX uses a verification process called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Review the steps below to authenticate your identity and access your dashboard safely.

Step 1: Understand the Requirements

Multi-Factor Authentication is a multi-step verification process designed to add a robust layer of protection for your data. This system gives your organization the utmost confidence in its data security.

  • All CreativeX users must use MFA to authenticate their accounts.
  • Exception: If your organization chose to set up Single Sign-On with CreativeX, you will bypass the MFA prompt and authenticate via your company's universal credentials instead.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

When you attempt to access the platform, follow these exact steps to verify your identity:

  1. Navigate to the CreativeX login page and enter your standard email and password.
  2. Check your email inbox. The system will automatically dispatch a message that contains a secure, six-digit authorization code.
  3. Return to the CreativeX login page, type the six-digit code into the prompt, and securely access your dashboard.

Step 3: Explore Additional Security Measures

Beyond MFA and SSO, Admin users have the power to customize platform security to match your internal corporate policies. You can tailor rules for password complexity, adjust minimum password length requirements, and configure idle-timeout limits to force an automatic logout after a period of inactivity.

Troubleshooting

Did your authorization code fail to arrive? Try these quick fixes:

  • First, check your spam or junk folder. Strict corporate firewalls sometimes intercept automated security emails.
  • To prevent this issue entirely, please ensure that your IT team has allow-listed emails from support@creativex.com. This guarantees all verification codes will successfully reach your primary inbox without delay.

Please contact support@creativex.com if you have more questions.
