How do I access CreativeX?

After a major campaign launch, you will likely want to jump into the platform to review the creative quality data. If you realize you lack a login, do not worry! To guarantee data security, CreativeX operates on an invite-only basis. Let’s explore exactly how to request access and establish your account so you can analyze your content.

Step 1: Request an Invitation

Because an account must be created for you, the absolute fastest way to gain access is to ask a colleague who already uses the platform to send you an invite. You can direct them to our guide on how to add a user to CreativeX.

If you do not know who holds Admin permissions on your team, you can write directly to support@creativex.com, and our team will gladly help you get connected.

Step 2: Register Your Account

Once your colleague or our support team sends the invite, you will receive an automated email with simple instructions to register your account and set a password. Click the link inside that email to finalize your profile.

Step 3: Log In via Single Sign-On (SSO)

Does your company use universal login credentials? If your technical team chooses to set up Single Sign-On with CreativeX, you will bypass the standard password creation process. Instead, navigate to your company's application gallery (like Okta or Azure) and click the CreativeX icon to authenticate automatically, or use your company's dedicated CreativeX SSO Login link.

Troubleshooting

Encounter a roadblock while you try to log in? Review these common solutions:

  • Missing Invitation: Sometimes, strict corporate firewalls filter these invitations into spam or junk folders. We highly recommend that you add support@creativex.com to your address book to ensure our emails reach your primary inbox.
  • Forgotten Password: If you have already registered but cannot remember your credentials, read our guide on how to log in or reset your password to regain access quickly.

Please contact support@creativex.com if you have more questions.
