How can I login or reset my password?

A forgotten password happens to the best of us! When you need to access your dashboard but cannot remember your credentials, a quick password reset will get you back on track. Let's review the steps to restore your access.

Step 1: Request a Reset Link

Navigate to the CreativeX Password Reset page. Type the email address associated with your account into the text prompt and click the arrow button to submit your request.


Step 2: Check Your Email

The system will automatically dispatch an email with your unique reset instructions. Open this email and follow the secure link to establish a new password. Once complete, you can return to the CreativeX Main App Dashboard and log in with your new credentials.


Troubleshooting

Did you encounter a roadblock? Review these common solutions:

  • Delayed Email: If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Strict corporate firewalls sometimes intercept automated emails.
  • Single Sign-On Users: If your company relies on universal credentials, you will not use a standard password. Instead, use your CreativeX SSO Login. Read our guide to learn how your organization sets up Single Sign-On for more details.
  • Manual Reset Request: If you still cannot regain access, our support team can generate a personalized reset link for you.
