Overview
Our reporting features are designed to give you complete control over your data. Below is a detailed guide on the available report types, key metrics, segments, and filters that you can incorporate into your custom reports.
Report Types
Our platform offers several types of reports tailored for your specific data analysis needs:
- Creative Lifecycle: If you’re using the Creative Lifecycle product within CreativeX, you can measure if and how your creative assets are being used globally.
- Guidelines: You can track which of your guidelines need most improving.
- Scores: You can uncover insights from your creative data for specific time periods.
- Time Periods: You can compare and contrast different segments overtime.
Segments
Segments allow you to analyze your data across specific dimensions. Below are some of the key segments available:
- General: Asset Type, Brand, Campaign Status, Channel, Content Type, Creative Agency, Market, Media Agency, Partner, Pre-Flight Submitter, Publisher.
- Scoring Tiers: The scoring tiers available with your company’s score(s).
- Custom Filters: Should your organization have set up custom filters, you can select these form the dropdown menu to jump to specific groups of data. You can find out more about custom filters in this article.
Metrics
Our platform allows you to track a wide range of metrics across all reports. Below are some of the key metrics available:
- Average Creative Quality: The average of your organization’s score.
- Creative Quality Score: The percentage of assets meeting the score's highest tier threshold. All updated versions of a published asset are factored in.
- Creative Quality: Quality Spend: Total spend behind assets that meet the applicable score's highest tier.
- Creative Quality: Low Quality Spend: Total spend behind assets that do not meet the applicable score's highest tier.
- Quality Spend Rate: The percentage of the spend behind assets meeting the score's highest tier threshold out of the total ad spend. All updated versions of a published asset are factored in.
- Total Spend: Total media spend from assets captured by CreativeX.
- Total Posts: Total ads captured by CreativeX.
- Total Assets: All assets in CreativeX that are uploaded via Pre-flight or captured from an ad platform for In-Flight.
Filters
Filters allow you to refine your reports and focus on the data that matters most to you. You can filter on anything that is considered a segment:
- General: Asset Type, Brand, Campaign Status, Channel, Content Type, Creative Agency, Market, Media Agency, Partner, Pre-Flight Submitter, Publisher.
- Scoring Tiers: The scoring tiers available with your company’s score(s).

Note - At the moment, you cannot filter on any metrics.
