When you construct a custom dashboard to analyze campaign performance, you might notice that certain platforms or regions do not appear in your options. To maintain strict data security, CreativeX limits report visibility based on your specific role. Additionally, your custom views remain entirely private. Step 1: Understand Access Tiers
Based on your assigned profile, you can construct and save views for specific data relevant to your daily tasks. Review the table below to understand your exact analysis parameters:

Step 2: Review Privacy Rules
After you finalize a custom view, you might want to distribute it to your team. However, to protect sensitive metrics, all saved configurations remain completely private to your individual account.

Troubleshooting
Did you encounter a roadblock with your data analysis?
- Absent Data: If you cannot view specific brands or markets in your builder options, your account tier likely restricts your visibility. Contact your organizational lead to request a profile upgrade.
- Absent In-Flight Metrics: If you only see Pre-Flight data and need to analyze live campaigns, you currently hold a Limited or Connecting role. An Admin must elevate your profile to a Standard or Admin tier. Read our guide to learn more about the different user access and permission levels.
