A guideline is a binary way of assessing a creative or post. They should be unambiguous, have a singular outcome, and be tied to a specific goal. Guidelines can help you to answer questions such as “Is my Brand Present within the first 5.0 seconds of the video?”
In that example, our system would look at a video and assess whether or not your Branding is present within the first 5.0 seconds of a video.
All guidelines tracked and measured by your organization are accessible through the Guidelines page of your dashboard. On this page, you can find information about the brands, markets, and channels that each guideline applies to as well as the guideline criteria (or definition) that has to be met for a creative to pass that guideline.
Please note, that the final guidelines and their definitions are specified and developed by your organization. Our system automates the ability to track the usage and performance impact of these guidelines based on the definitions that your organizational lead has provided.
For any outstanding questions in regard to your current guidelines, how they were developed, and what they mean, please contact your account manager or email us via support@creativex.com. Our team can then put you in touch with the main contact of your organization who is in charge of guideline development as well as help to address any questions and concerns that you may have about the validity of certain guidelines.
